She has been a member of NSA since 2004. She spent 20 years as an expert in the Plus-Size industry before her pivot to Body-Based Leadership. She’s passionate about empowering senior-level management to uphold the role of the body for effective leadership – boosting confidence, impacting decision making and increasing bottom line results. Rochelle is a past president of NSA NYC and only one of two women in the world to have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from NSA and the Accredited Speaker (AS) designation from Toastmasters. She currently serves on the board of the National Speakers Association.
