About the Event:
Can working with a Baby Boomer vs. a Millennial be a completely different ball game? According to Anna Liotta, an award-winning keynote speaker and best-selling author, bridging intergenerational communication and cultures is crucial to business success.
Early in her career, she noticed a common theme: a fundamental lack of understanding between different generations within an organization, hindered trust, alignment and bottom-line outcomes.
Her expertise and insight have helped such companies as Pike Place Fish, Intel, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Amazon, the PGA, NBA, and United Way.
Perhaps her most generational credential is Anna grew up in a household of six generations giving her an insider’s view into generational communication.
What you’ll learn from this session:
- Practical strategies for attracting, growing, and retaining top talent and clients from every generation.
- Tips on inter-generational communication and leadership.
- How much are generational insights costing you?
Join us for networking from 12:00pm-1:00pm. The meeting will start promptly at 1:00pm and end at 4:00pm.
