About Cathy Fyock, CSP
Cathy Fyock, CSP, is The Business Book Strategist and works with professionals and thought leaders who want to write a book as a business development strategy. She is the author of eleven books, including On Your Mark: From First Word to First Draft in Six Weeks, and Blog2Book: Repurposing Content to Discover the Book You’ve Already Written, and The Speaker Author: Sell More Books and Book More Speeches, written with co-author Lois Creamer. Her book, Authority, is a Wall Street Journal best-seller. Her newest book is My New Book, a workbook she created with publisher Everett O’Keefe. She is also the editor for nine anthologies on HR and OD issues, with her most recent, Imagination@Work.

About Saleema Vellani
Saleema is the Founder and CEO of Ripple Impact, a business accelerator that provides hands-on business strategy, marketing, branding, positioning, and sales support for corporate exitors and transitioning executives who want to build a purpose-driven business around their expertise. At the age of 21, Saleema co-founded and launched Brazil’s top-rated language school to finance an orphanage. She later co-founded a leading online translation agency to help companies expand their digital presence globally. She has co-founded nine ventures with three exits.
In 2017, she co-led an award-winning study at the World Bank on solving food insecurity in conflict-affected countries through climate-smart technologies. She has also contributed to impact evaluations and other research for various international organizations.
Saleema speaks on innovative leadership, entrepreneurship, and inclusive innovation. She also gave a TEDx talk at Texas A&M University on Innovation Starts With I in March 2021.
