The COVID-19 Experience – What You Can Do Now to Keep Your Clients on the Other Side of This Crisis with Joey Coleman

Watch this video from Joey Coleman!

For the first time in human history, everyone – regardless of age, gender, race, sexual-preference, nationality, culture, creed, or socio-economic standing – is dealing with the same issue at the same time. The COVID-19 pandemic is reshaping communities, businesses, and human interaction on an almost hourly basis – leaving a wake of fear, uncertainty, and confusion in its path.

Despite all of this change, the fact remains that people who take care of their clients now will have clients when things get better. And they will get better. What are you doing now to be ready for when “better” finally comes along?

Customer experience expert Joey Coleman will spend the first half of the webinar outlining recommended strategies for keeping your clients amidst the COVID-19 crisis and the second half of the discussion doing an open Q&A to troubleshoot specific challenges participants are facing in their business as a result of the pandemic.

While this time is beyond challenging and unprecedented globally, smart organizations will be able to weather the storm. The secret is getting clear on what actions to take now in order to enhance client experience activities immediately that can be sustained throughout the crisis and beyond.
