About Jeff

With over four decades of experience in professional sales, sales management, training, and coaching, as well as more than 14 years directly managing salespeople, Jeff  brings a unique blend of expertise to his work. Jeff’s  background in theater and stand-up comedy further enhances his ability to engage and entertain, ensuring effective results. 

 

Jeff’’s workshops are practical and real-world oriented, offering techniques that are immediately implementable. His philosophy is straightforward: to sell more and retain business, one must understand what prospects want and need while providing outstanding value. Jeff believes that the best sales results come from being direct and honest, viewing sales as a series of conversations that help prospects choose to do business without pressure or persuasion.

 

Emphasizing questioning and listening skills, Jeff asserts that the best salespeople are also the best interviewers, listeners, and storytellers. He stresses that asking the right questions and listening carefully will reveal everything needed to close a sale.
