Experienced speakers rarely find the time to truly work on their business and explore the possibilities to add to the successes they have achieved. This advanced group is dedicated to the business side of our profession and focused entirely on growing revenues, increasing efficiencies and elevating the success of your speaking business. Led by Phil M. Jones and including just seven professional members that provide the experience, commitment and community to help some of the best in the business, to elevate their businesses to be even better.

As well as the value this group provides to its members, it also delivers tremendous value back to the NSA NYC chapter as a whole with all profits created from the members financial contributions being reinvested into a scholarship fund to support local aspiring members of NSA NYC.

Part 3- Maximizing Revenues off the Stage

The final part of the program is a day spent looking at all the other ways that we can create revenue based on our expertise. We are all experts that speak and being paid for that expertise delivers opportunities and options that are abundant and overwhelming. This is focussed on exploring the experience of the members and challenges they have faced when building their business off of the stage. Expect to leave with real world knowledge and insight about:

  • Book publishing and how to market, price and provide long term success
  • Create online courses and resources including pricing, contracts and positioning
  • Sponsorship and advertising revenue
  • Bundling follow on workshops and webinars for client continuity
  • Advisory and mentoring retainers
  • Licensing your content
  • Creating custom products for your clients
  • Much, much more
