    About Pat Dwyer

Pat Dwyer is your most engaging route to people-driven results. As a keynote speaker, emcee, creative consultant, and humorist, Pat brings a unique blend of energy, insight, and humor to every audience he serves. His journey began unexpectedly—after a near-death experience as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, Pat found a new life path as a professional comedian. Over the past 15 years, he has performed, toured, and taught with renowned institutions such as The Second City, iO Theater, ComedySportz, and Mi Productions.

Through all his experiences on stage and off, Pat discovered his greatest inspiration: the power of levity and a "YES" mentality to transform corporate cultures, leadership teams, and front-line performers. His work helps organizations rediscover the joy and effectiveness that come from embracing positivity and connection in day-to-day practices.

Today, Pat channels these lessons into high-impact, high-energy keynotes, workshops, and sessions that inspire everyone—from the C-suite to the front line—to approach each day with excitement, resilience, and a playful drive toward achieving their goals. With Pat, organizations don't just learn how to improve—they learn how to thrive with heart, humor, and purpose.

FROM KEYNOTE TO CROWD CONNECTOR: How Speakers can increase their income as an emcee

Most speakers focus solely on keynotes and workshops, leaving money on the table by overlooking emceeing and facilitation as additional revenue streams. In this dynamic session, Quinn Conyers will reveal how professional speakers can leverage their existing speaking skills to expand their income, increase bookings, and position themselves as high-value Facilitators for event planners and organizers.

Attendees will walk away with a clear strategy to integrate emceeing and facilitation into their speaking business, understand pricing structures, and learn how to monetize their gift of gab beyond keynotes without reinventing the wheel.

    Learning Objectives:

By attending this session, speakers will:
Discover the Untapped Revenue Stream: (Learn how emceeing and facilitation can increase your speaking engagements, enhance your brand, and boost your earning potential).

Master the Business of Emceeing: (Understand how to verbalize the value of the emcee role so you can earn repeat revenue).

Navigate Event Organizer Needs: (Learn what event planners look for in an emcee, how to differentiate yourself from a speaker-only model, and secure more bookings).

Leverage luxury language to attract emcee opportunities at the fee you deserve and desire: (Learn why you must retire your boring and basic elevator pitch and replace it with a clear, concise and compelling Verbal Business Card with the power of wealthy words)

    Why This Session?
Most speaker conferences focus on improving stagecraft and storytelling, but few teach speakers how to maximize their revenue beyond keynotes. This session bridges the gap by showing how speakers can use their existing skill set to double their income through emceeing and facilitation.

With 20 years of experience as a professional Emcee and Speaker, Quinn Conyers brings real-world insights, practical strategies, and expert emcee education that will leave attendees excited, informed, and ready to incorporate emceeing as primary or secondary source of income in their speaking business.
